Access to the event ground will be strictly prohibited without the presentation of a valid M-ticket issued by mrgbfa.com.
All entries to the venue are subject to event organisers’ discretion.
The M-ticket remains the property of the Maharaja Fatesingh Museum Trust and Maharaja Ranjitsinh Gaekwad Charities.
Viewers are required to produce their M-ticket upon request by the organisers or designated volunteers at the event.
The M-ticket is strictly issued for personal use of the viewer only and may not be sold or transferred to any other individual. Any violation will result in cancellation of the M-ticket and forfeiture of any refund. A legal action will be initiated in such case.
Viewers must preserve their M-ticket for the duration of the event.
All viewers must adhere to the prescribed discipline and code of conduct while present on the event ground. Viewers found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or engaging in inappropriate behaviour, smoking/chewing tobacco on the event ground will be reported to the law enforcement authorities immediately and will be taken out of the event. Their M-ticket will be confiscated, and no refund will be issued. The management's decision in such matters shall be final.
Event timings shall be in accordance with the applicable government regulations and guidelines.
The decision of the organisers shall be final in all matters of dispute or clarification. Any legal disputes shall be limited to Jurisdiction of Vadodara Courts only.
In the event of calamities, adverse weather conditions, fires, or other mishaps that necessitate changes to event schedules, partial or full cancellation of the festival, the amount paid shall be non-refundable.
Maharaja Ranjitsinh Gaekwad Baroda Festival of Arts and its affiliates, as well as the event organisers, disclaim any liability for injury, damage, or loss sustained by participants, invitees, attendants, or viewers. This includes, but is not limited to, harm resulting from disruptions, stampedes, civil commotions (including riots), or natural events such as rain, fire, or earthquakes, whether caused by individual disputes or other unforeseen circumstances.
